Hard to believe it has been a year since our bundle of joy arrived into the world! Riley turned one on July 21st. To celebrate the occasion we threw a few festivities for her...four to be exact. I know, a little over the top but, it just happened to work out that with all the weddings we were attending this summer we were able to celebrate with each of our families, in addition to, all our friends in AZ. Never again will she have this many bday parties...it was so much work haha! But, each turned out great and we feel so fortunate that Riley was surrounded by so many people that love her. Thank you to all that contributed to this special occasion. We love you all and appreciate you thinking of her.
The theme this year was butterflies & bugs. The first party was held in Arizona at our house. Below are some pics of her AZ celebration:

The next party we threw was in California with my family and close friends. It was a lot of fun. It was held at a park near my parent's house. Below are pics of her bday in CA:

After her second party we headed back to AZ where Riley officially turned one later that week. Since Ryan had to work on that particular day, Riley and I had a nice mother-daughter day. I took her to the aquarium, Coldstone, and then swimming. It was a great day. Below are pics of her actual birthday in AZ:

The final party for Riley was held this past weekend during our visit to Oregon. This party was thrown at a park in Roseburg where Ryan grew up. He use to play at this park when he was a little boy. It was a beautiful day with great weather, friends and family. So many people traveled great distances to celebrate with us. Word can't express how much we appreciated that. thank you for ordering such an awesome cake Grandma Pam!
