April Celebrations

April was a fun month. Riley and I took a trip to California to visit family and to celebrate my friend Lindsay's upcoming wedding. It was nice that Riley was able to see all her cousins and finally got to meet her great grandma from Chicago. We had a great time with all of you and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Lindsay's bridal weekend was so much fun. Saturday we headed to a spa for massages and then out to dinner. Sunday her family hosted a nice shower at a great Italian restaurant. My mom was able to attend and help me with Riley...thanks so much! Linds, I can't wait for your big day. Thank you so much for including me in all your special festivities.

Easter was another great celebration weekend since it was Riley's first. Saturday I took her to a community celebration with my favorite group of parent friends. She was able to take pictures with two different Easter bunnies and went on her first egg hunt. On Sunday Ryan, Riley and I went to church with some close friends of ours and their daughter. They came back to our house after and I made a big Easter brunch and the girls were able to open their holiday baskets. It was such an awesome time! We hope all of you had a great Easter. In two weeks we head back to California for Ashley and Brian's wedding in Monterey. Can't wait!!!! Hope you enjoy the pics!
