Vacation in Kauai

It's been awhile since our last blog and we have lots of updates to report! Ryan and I finally finished moving our stuff to Arizona. We decided to rent an apartment on a month to month basis so we aren't locked into a lease. This way we will have more flexibility on our purchase and move in date into our first home at the end of this summer or beginning of this fall. Although the apartment is smaller than our condo in Redwood City, everything is brand new and we like the layout better. I will be headed there on Tuesday for the official move and I'm so excited for this new adventure! Ryan will be staying at my parent's house in Los Altos until May when he transfers jobs. I'll be back to visit every month for doctor's appointments...I still have to find a doctor I like in Arizona =)

This year we decided to wait to celebrate Valentine's Day until our vacation to Kauai. Ryan took me back to the spot where he proposed and we had a wonderful time. Below are some pictures of where we got engaged.

We had a great time celebrating Pam's birthday as a family in Kauai. We spent a lot of time visiting with my sister and her husband and my adorable nephew. We are excited that they are also expecting! She is pregnant with their second child and is only a month behind me. It will be fun to raise cousins so close in age. Here are some pics from our trip!

On a side note, today I am 17 weeks pregnant. Everything has been going really well with the baby. It was amazing to hear the heartbeat at our last appointment and we look forward to finding out what we are going to have on March 18th. I'm starting show, as you can see below =)
